• Unlimited planning sessions via phone, email, or in-person meetings.

• Offer vendor recommendations and a list of preferred vendors when first booked

• Cross-check all wedding contracts and vendor rental orders

• Create a detailed timeline for the day of wedding

• Create a ceremony processional 

• Final walk through with venue, caterer, and other vendors

• Direct the ceremony rehearsal and ceremony

• Coordinate and manage the wedding timeline with all vendors and manage the setup and break down of the venue along side of the vendors on the wedding day

• Attend to bride, groom, family, and guest needs

• Direct the cleanup and breakdown of the reception site insuring all vendors return the venue to the proper condition

• Access to emergency bridal kit

Timeline design, 1 hour for rehearsal and up to 12 hours day of wedding management along with a Planning Assistant on-site day of event.
